Vieri and Lynn & company

Now with our three children grown and with families of their own, we want to keep ‘Casa al Vento' open to family and to friends old and new.

Vieri, a fourth generation Florentine - the Wiechmann side of the family arrived in Florence with Prince Albert and Queen Victoria and stayed. Vieri is without question the best source of information for Florence and Tuscany.

Lynn - an American in Tuscany for over 40 years - so what am I, a Tuscan American or an American Tuscan?

& Company - two Westies - Lampo and Sadie; two ‘basic' dogs who were abandoned as puppies - Melita and Siria; Giacomina- a very special ‘house' donkey who thinks she's a dog.

We'll be expecting you for dinner on the first night of your stay, hope to see you around the pool, share a glass of wine together at sunset and hear first-hand of your daily Tuscan adventures.
